Welcome to Vegas Poop Squad. By using our website, requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or signing up for recurring pet waste removal services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Vegas Poop Squad provides pet waste removal and related yard cleanup services. Services may include one-time cleanups, recurring service visits, initial cleanup visits, deodorizing or sanitizing add-ons, and other outdoor cleanup services we may offer from time to time.
Service availability may vary based on your location, route coverage, weather, property conditions, safety concerns, and scheduling capacity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By booking service, you represent that you are the owner, tenant, or authorized occupant of the property, or otherwise have permission to authorize service at that location.
3. Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide accurate scheduling, billing, and property access information. You are responsible for making sure we can safely access the areas to be serviced during the scheduled visit window.
This includes, when applicable:

making sure gates are unlocked or access instructions are accurate

securing pets that may interfere with service or create a safety concern

keeping the service area reasonably accessible and free from dangerous conditions

notifying us of any known hazards, aggressive animals, or special access restrictions
If we are unable to safely access or complete service due to locked gates, obstructed areas, dangerous conditions, aggressive animals, or other access-related issues, the visit may still be charged.
4. Service Windows and Visit Timing
Recurring and one-time visits may be scheduled within a service day or time window rather than at an exact time. We may adjust routes and arrival times due to weather, holidays, staffing, traffic, or operational needs.
We do not guarantee service at an exact minute unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Recurring Service Plans
If you enroll in recurring service, you authorize Vegas Poop Squad to provide ongoing service according to the selected service frequency and billing cycle. Recurring services may continue until canceled in accordance with these Terms.
We may adjust your service day, route timing, or assigned visit window as needed for operational reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
6. Initial Cleanup and Yard Condition
Properties that have not been serviced recently may require an initial cleanup fee or first-visit rate. We reserve the right to determine whether a property requires extra time, labor, or pricing based on waste volume, yard condition, accessibility, or other site-specific factors.
If the condition of the property differs materially from what was represented at booking, we may adjust pricing or discuss revised service options before continuing.
7. Pricing and Payment
You agree to pay all fees, charges, taxes, and applicable add-on costs associated with your service. Prices are displayed at the time of booking or otherwise communicated to you.
Payment may be collected at the time of booking, on the service date, or on a recurring billing cycle, depending on the plan selected. By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amounts.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, pause service, cancel future visits, or require an updated payment method before continuing service.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
For one-time services, cancellation and rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. We may charge a cancellation fee or retain a deposit for late cancellations, missed appointments, or properties that are inaccessible upon arrival.
For recurring plans, you may cancel before your next billing or scheduled service cutoff. Cancellation requests submitted after a billing cycle has started may apply to future visits rather than charges already processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service due to weather, unsafe conditions, route issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Refunds
Refunds are granted at our discretion unless otherwise required by law. Completed services are generally non-refundable. If you believe there was a service issue, you must contact us promptly so we can review the concern and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable resolution.
10. Customer Responsibilities
You agree that:

pets will be handled in a safe manner during service visits

service areas will be reasonably accessible

you will inform us of special conditions affecting service

you will maintain accurate contact and billing information

you will not direct our staff to perform unsafe or unauthorized work
We may refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond normal scope, threatening, or otherwise unreasonable.
11. Weather and Force Majeure
Service may be delayed, rescheduled, shortened, or canceled due to weather, natural events, road conditions, emergencies, government actions, labor shortages, equipment issues, or other events outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for delays or nonperformance caused by these events.
12. Property and Yard Conditions
While we use reasonable care in performing services, you acknowledge that outdoor service work may involve uneven terrain, hidden debris, sprinkler systems, holes, landscaping, fencing, mud, and similar conditions. You are responsible for notifying us of any concealed hazards or fragile property conditions.
Vegas Poop Squad is not responsible for damage resulting from unsafe, undisclosed, or pre-existing property conditions.
13. Satisfaction Issues
If you are dissatisfied with a visit, please contact us promptly after service. We may investigate, request photos, offer a return visit, apply account credit, or provide another reasonable solution where appropriate. The remedy, if any, will be determined by us in good faith based on the circumstances.
14. Communications
By contacting us, booking service, or providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive service-related communications from us, including confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, billing notices, and customer support messages.
If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may receive promotional emails or SMS. Message and data rates may apply for text messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but service-related messages may still be sent as needed to manage your account or scheduled services.
15. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, booking system, forms, or customer portal. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful or abusive purposes.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photos, layout, and design elements, is owned by Vegas Poop Squad or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, exact service timing, or results beyond the scope of the specific service purchased.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegas Poop Squad and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vegas Poop Squad and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, inaccurate information you provide, or unsafe conditions at the property.

We may suspend or terminate service at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create unsafe conditions, provide false information, or engage in abusive, unlawful, or threatening conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
